AVG free installation problem

Im trying toÿinstall AVG free 9.0, but Im informed on the screen that I have to remove Norton Security Online first.
The problem is that I dont have Norton Security Online on my machine.
What do I do to solve this problem? (I went to the Norton website
where I could get a Norton removal tool, but I needed toÿprovide the number of the versionÿon my machine -- I couldnt answer the question because I dont have any version ofÿthe program)

• While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
• You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
